QuartzDollz complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Due to the nature of certain products (such as beauty items, skincare and lashes), we are unable to accept returns for hygiene purposes once packaging has been opened or the product has been used. 

Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love your QuartzDollz purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided: 

-the item is unused and in its original packaging 

-it is in the same condition you received it 

Faulty or Damaged Items: 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

How to Start a Return: 

1.) Contact Us First. 

Email us at quartzdollz.boutique@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (for damaged, faulty items) 

2.) Wait For Approval 

We'll confirm if your return is eligible and provide you with return instructions. 

3.) Send The Item Back

Please return items in secure packaging. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

4.) Processing Your Refund/Exchange 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund or send your replacement. 

NOTE: Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
